Royal Wood is packing his piano for a summer long tour with David Gray.
The Toronto native is releasing his fourth album The Waiting on June 1 and will begin touring May 12 with his label mate, Gray. For Wood, it seems like the open road is his second home; he's toured with many Canadian gems including alternative country darling Kathleen Edwards and the whimsical Sarah Slean. He's also continuing to make a name for himself with sold out shows and music featured on popular shows like Grey’s Anatomy and Flashpoint. The Waiting contains some promising, upbeat songs including his first single “On Top Of Your Love”. Wood says this album is his most personal yet.
